I'll keep you informed of progress during marketing, answer any questions you might have, and use my skills and experience to negotiate the best possible price for your home. Once we begin reviewing offers, I will help remove obstacles, arrange inspection and appraisal, and endeavor to keep us in escrow once we are there.

  • You'll initially receive a computer market analysis on your home value (based on market activity during the last 180 days or less)
  • You'll also receive an accurate estimate of expenses and closing costs
  • I'll conduct a walk-through inspection and suggest cost-effective ways to enhance your home's value and receive top dollar
  • I can also help obtain interim financing, if necessary, including Windermere's Bridge Loan Program

 

The Effectiveness of Teamwork

 

Kurt also utilizes the services of a full-time licensed executive assistant, Cheri Eskeberg , to help him achieve the highest level of performance for his clients. Cheri is responsible for making Kurt's clients' real estate experience as comfortable and worry-free as possible.

Cheri is in charge of creating the advertising for all of Kurt's current listings. She creates all promotional fliers and mass marketing material for each home. Monthly magazine advertisements of listings are also her responsibility. Open houses, showing appointments, and inquiries from other agents are all handled by Cheri.

Cheri also assists clients looking to buy a home. On a daily basis she searches the multiple listing service for homes that might fit the needs of Kurt's clients. Coordinating viewing appointments and answering client inquiries is her specialty.

Upon completing a sales contract, Cheri will arrange for all inspections, appraisals, and work orders to be performed. She is in constant contact with the cooperating agent, lender, and title company to ensure a smooth and on-time closing.


With these factors working for you, your odds are much greater of selling your home in a timely fashion and at the best possible price. Of the 1000+ homes I have sold, roughly 80 percent of my business is by referral from satisfied clients!
