Meridian
Located on the north side of the city, the Meridian Neighborhood is characterized by commercial development, and includes the Bellis Fair regional mall, the neighborhood's most predominant feature, and adjacent shopping areas. In recent years, newly annexed areas have added residential uses to the eastern portion of the neighborhood. Ankar Park on Spring Creek is a small, natural area with pond and short trail segment to the creek.  Additional parks, trails and open spaces are needed in this growing area.  The North Bellingham Trail and Greenway Plan identifies potential trail corridors.
