- A custom promotional flyer featuring a photo and your home's amenities will be delivered directly to over 300 Realtors® in Bellingham and Whatcom County
- I will directly contact other Realtors® working with clients in your neighborhood and price range, who may already have the right buyer for your home
- I will promote your home in our weekly Windermere sales meetings and Tuesday tour of new listings
- Homeowners in your neighborhood will be informed of the new listing in the event they have a friend or relative looking for a home in the area
With print advertising, your property will receive public exposure in such publications as The Real Estate Book.
- I will use Windermere's extensive marketing avenues—including special publications—to highlight waterfront recreation, view and premier properties.
- I will advertise your property in The Real Estate Book color magazine, available at newsstands.
- Select homes will be featured in the NW Business Monthly magazine.
- The Swanson Group has secured highly visible positions in real estate publications (i.e. inside front cover). Your home will get noticed.
- I also advertise in the Bellingham Herald in the center of the Real Estate section.
